Travel to Lillehammer
Oslo Airport Gardermoen (OSL) is the closest international airport to Lillehammer and offers direct connections to over 150 destinations worldwide, making Lillehammer easily accessible to visitors from both Norway and abroad.
Train from Oslo Airport
Direct train connections several times daily.
Travel time: approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes.
Lillehammer station is centrally located in the city, a short distance from hotels, restaurants and other public transport.
Bus from Oslo Airport
Several express bus routes between Oslo Airport and Lillehammer.
Travel time: approximately 2–2.5 hours.
Car rental from Oslo Airport
All major car rental companies are represented at the airport.
Travel time: approximately 2 hours via E6.

Travel to the arena
It is easy to get to Lillehammer Olympic bobsleigh and luge track, whether you are traveling by car, bus or train.
Bus

Buses will be set up from Lillehammer city center and Hafjell to the arena.

Information about timetables and stops will be published closer to the event.
Car and parking

It is possible to park at the arena.

On competition days with many visitors, the capacity of the parking lots near the arena will be limited.

We therefore recommend using the parking areas at the Norwegian Road Museum, from which it is a short walk to the arena.
Train

You can take the train to Hunderfossen station.

From the station it is about a 10–15 minute walk to the Lillehammer Olympic bobsleigh and luge track.
We encourage all visitors to use public transportation or carpooling where possible, to help ensure a smoother transportation experience during the event.
